Hygiene & Girl Talk Sessions

Once a month, HYCF hosts Girls Talk & Hygiene Awareness Sessions at our center in Nkumba. These sessions bring together young girls from the community to talk about health, self-worth, and purity in a friendly, faith-based environment.

We provide free sanitary pads, basic hygiene kits, and interactive lessons on topics like body changes, relationships, and confidence. The goal is to educate, uplift, and equip these girls with both knowledge and spiritual encouragement.

The response has been incredible—many girls say this is the only space where they feel safe to ask personal questions. We’re committed to continuing this ministry and expanding its reach.
